Staufen AG honored again with renowned “Wirtschaftswoche” award – Also, the jury of „MX Award 2016“ distinguish a successful Staufen project – “Best of Consulting”

Staufen AG took part at the competition “Best of Consulting” with a project from MTU Aero Engines AG. The jury was convinced by the mind change Staufen achieved introducing Shop Floor Management. Due to excellent leadership processes and a further development of the company structures, the company is able to be competitive and well prepared for the future, determined to preserve his market leadership in engine manufacturing, even in a high-wage country as Germany. Already last Friday the Max Holder GmbH was honored as best SME 2016 by an expert team from “Manufacturing Excellence Awards”. The multifunctional tractor manufacturer, which are used by wine and fruit grower as well as the municipalities (road cleaning, winter services, etc.), was lead out of the crisis, after three insolvency proceedings, by a Staufen AG consultant team. Besides of the introduction of classical lean elements, one of the main focuses was establishing transparency over all company departments. To achieve this, Shop Floor Management was introduced step by step in all departments. “It is a great recognition for the team if a successful project gets an acknowledged prize – not only for us, but also for our customer” says Wilhelm Goschy, COO at Staufen AG. “That our approach, to fulfill projects with a real cooperation between the customer and us, was distinguished makes us proud and motivates us to be consistent with our concept”. Staufen supports many DAX companies and leading SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) on their way to optimize their value-added and management processes in all departments. During the last years the consulting company has received plenty of prizes and recognitions and achieves consistently a high place in the industry ranking.
